Steve Griess

Steve Griess has been a lawyer for 15 years, specialising in commercial and economic law, in particular franchising and distribution law, as well as sports law.

He advises and represents the interests of numerous Belgian and international companies in these fields.

This experience has been recognised by the Brussels Bar, which has awarded him the title of specialist in contract and distribution law.

An enthusiastic advocate of alternative dispute resolution, Steve is an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters and regularly acts as arbitrator or counsel in arbitration (notably as a member of CEPANI). 

His recognised practice led him to become a member of the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Commission of the French Bar Association of Brussels.

Steve also pursued an academic career at the Université Libre de Bruxelles for 12 years. He is still involved in the academic world, contributing to various publications and speaking at conferences.
